Some of our favorite work happens outside of a listing appointment. Throughout the year, Claudia and the Spinnato & Associates team host events across the Northwest Suburbs — casual, low-key gatherings designed to bring neighbors together, support local families, and give us a chance to be part of the communities we work in every day.
Whether it’s a mini golf outing, a seasonal social, or a partnership with a local business, these events are open to anyone in the area — no appointment required, no pressure to buy or sell. Just a chance to connect.

We had such a great time hosting our Mini Golf & Ice Cream Social! A handful of local families joined us for an afternoon of putt-putt, sunshine, and ice cream — and it was exactly the kind of laid-back, no-pressure gathering we love bringing to the neighborhoods we serve.
